New Energy New York (NENY), in partnership with Julius, developed a comprehensive career map for the battery and energy storage sector. This tool allows users to explore job roles across the entire battery lifecycle, from R&D to manufacturing and grid storage, while providing access to NENY's workforce development programs, creating a streamlined career pathway in this critical industry.

The career map, created during the first phase of our work with NENY, has empowered individuals with clear pathways to explore and pursue opportunities in the battery storage sector.
